Last fall our Village got a second notice from Wisconsin Department of Revenue that property assessments were not in compliance with “full value.” So before the D.O.R. assigned an assessor, Monday night (February 16th), the Village Board approved a contract with Associated Appraisal Consultants to bring us back into Compliance and for a 5 year maintenance agreement.
